Coming together in a small circle for 5 weeks or one day to pause,
notice, share and see what emerges through facilitated deep reflection.
Each Circle is different, shaped by the season, a theme, and the people who come together.

Winter - Loss, Grief & Change
Date: Jan 14 - Feb 11 (5 x Thursdays)

Summary: Loss takes many forms, and grief can be both visible and difficult to name. Here we create a small, quiet circle to pause, reflect and explore what loss and change might mean for you - exploring pain & suffering, shifts in identity, ripple effects and some ways of understanding grief.

Spring - Awakening - Who am I?
Date: April 1 - 29 (5 x Thursdays)

Summary: A space to explore whatever is beginning, shifting, emerging for you - with time to reflect, share and notice what be taking shape from restlessness, dreams and desires. Time to notice the blocks, anxieties or lack of confidence that might be getting in the way.

Summer - The Living Mandala - Full Day Circle
Date: Saturday 19th June *4 places only
Time: 10.00am - 4.00pm

Summary: A day of reflective Circle-Work, a gentle walk in nature, meditation and creative exploration, culminating in your own Living Mandala.
Wherever you are in life right now, you are welcome to come and explore with us. Perhaps you are ready for change, experiencing grief, confusion or dilemma; or perhaps you simply love the inner work that being with other women can nurture.

Autumn - Letting Go

Summary: A space for gathering, harvesting ideas and softly letting go of what is no longer needed; noticing what has become stuck; finding a way to fall into softness after the warmth and activity of Summer. Making time to be quietly nourished by this season and feel present in this grounding.

Psychotherapy & Supervision sessions currently take place online. Based in Cambridge and Essex, online sessions can reach clients across the UK. In-person appointments will be available from January 2027 at Gillvray Health, Hills Road, Cambridge.
